What is EA Consultancy?
Welcome to EA Consultancy, where servant leadership meets the reality of manufacturing and industrial work.
I specialise in remotely helping manufacturing and industrial SMEs develop servant leaders among their technical managers. These are the engineers, technicians, and specialists who are promoted into leadership roles with little support.
Through leadership diagnostics, workshops, and coaching, I help your team leaders and supervisors develop the skills to lead with clarity, care, and accountability, both on the shop floor and in the office.

Leadership Climate Diagnostic
You can feel a problem on the shop floor long before it lands in the numbers. Good people go quiet, then they go.
My Leadership Climate Diagnostic is an anonymous employee survey built for manufacturing. It measures fourteen areas of leadership and work climate, then shows which of them are driving your turnover, engagement and safety, so you know where to act first.
You get a red, amber and green scorecard, the priority drivers, and an action plan your leadership team can run with. Not a 50-page document that sits on a shelf. Designed for manufacturing and industrial SMEs who want the truth, not just nice words.
Coach
Leadership coaching is not therapy. It's practical support for real challenges, and real change takes time, so coaching runs as 10 sessions over about 5 to 6 months. You bring the situations on your plate and we work them together.
In our sessions, we focus on:

My own path reflects this: I started with a BASc in Industrial Engineering, working in mixed office and shop‑floor environments, and later completed an MSc in HR focused on servant leadership and team dynamics.
I’ve seen both healthy and unhealthy work climates in manufacturing and industrial settings. That experience drives my passion to help leaders unlock their potential, build impactful teams, and create workplaces that are as safe, respectful, and fulfilling as possible.
