Welcome to EA Consultancy, where servant leadership meets the reality of manufacturing and industrial work.
I specialize in remotely helping manufacturing and industrial SMEs develop servant leaders among their technical managers. These are the engineers, technicians, and specialists who are promoted into leadership roles with little support.
Through leadership diagnostics, workshops, and coaching, I help your team leaders and supervisors develop the skills to lead with clarity, care, and accountability, both on the shop floor and in the office.

My own path reflects this: I started with a BASc in Industrial Engineering, working in mixed office and shop‑floor environments, and later completed an MSc in HR focused on servant leadership and team dynamics.
I’ve seen both healthy and unhealthy work climates in manufacturing and industrial settings. That experience drives my passion to help leaders unlock their potential, build impactful teams, and create workplaces that are as safe, respectful, and fulfilling as possible.
